    Miso Soup

    Ingredients

    1/4 cup miso
    1 quart water
    1 cup ramen noodles, cooked
    8 oz. tofu, cut into chunks
    2 green onions, chopped, including an inch of the
    green part

    Directions

    Dissolve the miso in water.  Add the tofu chunks
    and the cooked ramen noodles.  Simmer until
    heated through.  Garnish with chopped green
    onions.
    Serves 6.
