    Hamburger Soup

    Ingredients

    1 small onion, diced
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 can Veg-All or 1 pkg. frozen vegetables

    Directions

    Saute onion in small amount of cooking oil.  Add
    beef and brown.  Drain.  Combine ground beef
    mixture with remaining ingredients; cook until
    vegetables are done.
