    Cream Cheese Cheese Soup

    Ingredients

    1 potato, cut fine
    1 1/2 cups broccoli, washed and cut fine
    1 or 2 carrots
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large onion
    3 cups water

    Directions

    Cook all ingredients in water until done.

    White Sauce:
    1/2 cup oleo, melted
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 cup milk
    6 slices Velveeta cheese, cut 1/4 inch thick

    Make sauce in a separate pan.  Melt oleo over
    medium heat; add flour and salt.  Slowly add milk,
    and when thick add Velveeta.  Add mixtue to
    broccoli.
