Cream of Bourbonnaise Ingredients 2 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. water 3 diced leeks 2 sliced potatoes 1 quart chicken broth Salt Pepper 1 cup light cream 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped Directions
Add potatoes and broth. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes. Liquify mixture in blender, one half at a time. Add salt and pepper to taste. For hot soup, add cream and heat. Garnish with chives. For cold soup, chill. Add cream and garnish with chives. |
