    Clam Bisque

    Ingredients

    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) green pea or asparagus soup
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
    1 can (8 oz.) minced clams with juice
    2 cups half & half
    Salt to taste
    1/4 cup water to rinse can
    1/4 cup sherry

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients except sherry.  Heat
    thoroughly.  Put sherry in small pitcher and let each
    person add 1 Tbsp. to their own soup.
