    Cheesy Broccoli Soup

    Ingredients

    1 qt. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 (12 oz.) pky. frozen cauliflower
    2 cups chopped onion
    1 1/2 cups chopped celery
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 cup milk
    Diced potatoes

    Directions

    Cut broccoli and cauliflower in small pieces.  In
    large pan, combine water, broccoli, cauliflower,
    onions, celery, and potatoes.  Cover and boil for
    30 minutes.
    Add cheese and soup; simmer over low heat until
    cheese melts.  
    Add milk and mix thoroughly.
