Bacon Cheese Wrap Dog
Ingredients:
1 pkg. of Franks
2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
8 slices pre-cooked bacon
1 pkg. Hot Dog Buns
Directions:
1. Preheat grill on High. (or broiler at home)
2. Combine mustard, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire
sauce and dry mustard in a small bowl.
3. Slit the hot dogs lengthwise down the center, forming
a deep pocket, but not cutting all the way through.
4. Fill pockets with cheese mixture.
5. Wrap a slice of bacon around each frank and secure
both ends with wooden toothpicks.
6. Place on grill (or in broiler)
7. Grill or broil until bacon is crisp and cheese is
melted.
8. Serve in a bun.
