    Hot Taco Bean Dip

    Ingredients

    1 can refried beans
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    1/3 cup chopped green pepper
    1 - 8oz. bottle taco sauce
    12 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese

    Directions

    Spread refried beans in bottom of pie pan, then
    layer tomato (emough to cover), onions, and green
    peppers.  Pour taco sauce over all. Add cheese to
    cover.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  
    Serve with corn chips.
