    Creamy Hot Beef Dip

    Ingredients

    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
         8 oz. sour cream
  3 oz. dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
  2 Tbsp. minced onion
  1 tsp. green pepper
  1/2 tps. garlic powder
  Pepper to taste

    Directions

    Combine first 8 ingredients in 1 quart baking
    dish.  Bake at 375 uncovered for 30 minutes or
    until hor and bubbly.  
    Yield: 2 cups.
