        Peaches

           
Ingredients

 1 tablespoon butter

 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar

 1/4 cup dark rum

 6 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

Directions:
1. Preheat the grill, set it for medium heat

2. Decide to halve or slice the peaches. prepare
peaches by pitting them and slicing in halves or
slices.

3. Melt the butter and put in a bowl.

4. Add the rum to the butter and stir in the brown
sugar until it dissolves into the mixture (sauce).

5. Combine the peaches and the sauce by
gently covering the peaches with the sauce.

6. Grill the peaches, cut side up, until grill marks
are visible, about 5 minutes, brushing with rum
mixture.

7. Turn over and cook until grill marks show and
peaches are tender, about 4 minutes.

Serve warm
