Raspberry Lemonade Salad Ingredients 2 3-oz. boxes raspberry gelatin 1 10-oz. package frozen red raspberries 1 6 oz. can frozen lemonade 1 cup cream, whipped Directions Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and lemonade. Stir until raspberries have thawed and mixture begins to thicken. Chill until partially set. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Serve on salad greens. Makes 6 servings. |
