Frozen Cherry Surpreme Salad

    Ingredients

    1 No. 303 can Royal Anne Cherries
    1 No. 303 can Bing Cherries
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 No. 2 can chrushed pineapple
    1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 cup mayonaise
    1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup whipped cream

    Directions

    Drain Royal Anne cherries; remove seeds.  Drain
    Bing cherries, oranges and pineapple.  Blend
    cream cheese with milk.  Add mayonnaise; blend
    until smooth.  Add fruits and pecans; fold in
    whipped cream.
    Freeze until ready to serve.
    Yield:  18 servings.
