Creamy Cranberry Salad Ingredients 3 cup whole or frozen cranberries 3/4 cup sugar 2 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 cup heavy cream Directions Chop cranberries; add sugar. Chill for 2 hours. Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Whip cream; fold into cranberry mixture. Refrigerate or freeze. Yield 6-8 servings. |
