Avocado Mousse

    Ingredients

    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 cup mashed avocado
    1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    Directions

    Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; dissolve in
    1/2 cup boiling water.  Add salt, onion juice,
    Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and avocados;
    chill until partially congealed.  
    Fold in whipped cream and mayonnaise; turn into
    oiled mold.  
    Chill until firm.
    Makes 8 servings.
