Apricot Salad

    Ingredients

    1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 packages apricot Jell-O
    1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup nuts
    1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled

    Directions

    Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil.  Add Jell-O,
    mix well.  Add cream cheese; mix well.  Add cup
    ice water, celery and nuts.  Chill until partially set.  
    Whip evaporated milk until stiff.
    Fold into Jell-O mixture.
    Chill until firm.
