Ambrosia Salad

    Ingredients

    2 bananas, sliced
    3/4 cup diced orange
    1/2 cup seedless grapes
    1/4 cup chopped dates or raisins
    1/4 cup flaked coconut
    1/3 cup broken nuts
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 cup whipping cream
    2 cups mayonaise

    Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients.  Sprinkle with lemon
    juice.  Chill thoroughly.  Whip cream until stiff; whip
    in mayonnaise.  Stir carefully into fruit mixture.
    Chill until served.
    Makes 4-6 servings.
