    Pineapple Icing

    Ingredients

    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 regular-sized can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large carton Cool Whip

    Directions

    Make pudding and set to thicken in refrigerator.  
    Use 1/2 the amount of milk called for in pudding.  
    Now in a big bowl, soften cream cheese; add
    pineapple and Cool Whip.  Beat all together and
    add some coconut, if desired.
    Pile high on top of cake.  
    Serve chilled from refrigerator.
