    Lemon Icing

    Ingredients

    Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
    Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

    Directions

    Cook orange rind and juice, lemon rind and juice,
    eggs and sugar in top of double boiler until thick.  
    Cool.  Add whipped cream.
    Great for angle food or sponge cake.
