    Lemon Filling
    Ingredients

    2 lemons
    2 cups sugar
    4 egg yolks
    3/4 cup boiling water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter

    Directions

    Use lemon juice from the lemons and grate peel.  
    Mix above ingredients and cook in double boiler
    until thick and creamy.  Cool before spreading on
    cake.
    Great with yellow cake.
