    Chocolate Cream Frosting

    Ingredients

    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    3 squares unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg

    Directions

    Combine sugar, butter, chocolate, vanilla and salt
    and beat until creamy.  Beat in egg.  Blend in 2 1/2
    cups powdered sugar alternately with 1/4 cup milk.
    Frosts two 9x13 pans.
