Butter Cream Frosting
1 egg white 1 cup sugar 1 cup warm milk 1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp. vanilla Directions Beat egg white until very stiff. Add sugar slowly. Add milk slowly. Set aside. Beat remaining ingredients well. Add egg mixture, beating after each addition, until well mixed. Resembles whipped cream. |
