    Ham Balls

    Ingredients

    2 lb. ham loaf
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    2 cups soda crackers

    Sauce:

3/4  cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water

    Directions

    Mix ham loaf with pepper, eggs, milk and soda
    crackers.  Make into small balls; put in a 9 x 13
    inch pan.  Cover the balls with the sauce.  Bake at
    350 for 1 hour, covered, and 1 hour uncovered.  
    Turn balls after 1st hour.
    Sauce:  Bring sauce ingredients to a boil; then put
    over balls.
