    Deep Fried Cheese Balls

       
Ingredients - Deep Fryer needed

   1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 pound cheese curds
1 quart oil for frying

Directions

1. In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, and salt

2. Stir in the milk and eggs, until it forms a smooth batter

3. Dip the cheese curds in the batter, and then very
carefully place them in very hot oil (if you do not have a
deep fryer try heating in a large skillet of pan with 1 quart
of oil over
MEDIUM heat).

4. Fry the coated cheese curds for about 1 minute each
until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dip.
