    Pesto Deviled Eggs

    Ingredients

    6 hard-cooked eggs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt
    1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove yolks and
    set whites aside.  Mash yolks with fork.  Stir in
    remaining ingredients until well blended.  Refill
    whites, using about 1 Tbsp. yolk mixture for each
    egg half.  Chill to blend flavors.
