| Ingredients - 32 wonton wrappers cooking spray 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1 egg 1 table spoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 5 drops hot pepper sauce 2 pouches (3.53 ounces each) premium crab meat, drained 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese yield: about 32 preheat oven to 350 degrees Directions: 1. Press wonton wrappers into miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. 2.Spritz wrappers with cooking spray. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes or until lightly brown. The filling: 1. In a small bowl beat the cream cheese, cream,egg,mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce until smooth. 2. Stir in crabmeat, green onions, and red pepper. 3. Spoon into wonton cups. 4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Baking: 1. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until filling is heated through. Serve warm - refrigerate leftovers. |
