Sour Cream Cookies
1 cup sugar 6 Tbsp. butter 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. soda 3/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. vanilla 2 3/4 cups flour Directions Cream butter and sugar together. Add 1 cup sour cream and mix. Add soda, vanilla and salt. Sprinkle top of batter with nutmeg. Mix in flour. Make sure batter is stiff. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with sugar, then cut out. Bake at 400 until cookies are golden brown on the edges. |
