Lazy Daisy Butterscotch Cookies
4 Tbsp. butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 cup chopped nuts Directions Melt butter in an 8 x 11-inch pan in which you are going to bake cookies. Add sugar; mix. Add unbeaten egg; mix. Add vanilla. Measure and sift flour, baking powder and salt; add and mix. Add nuts. Spread evenly. Bake 30 minutes in medium oven. Cut before entirely cold. |
