Jello Cookies
are fun to make! Ingredients 4 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 3 oz. pkg. jello - flavor of your choice 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Directions Cream all ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes; gradually add flour, using wooden spoon as mixture becomes thick. Add extra food coloring to color dough if needed. Roll out dough. Use cookie cutter and cut into shapes. Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 minutes. |
