Forever Cookies
1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup cooking oil 1 egg beaten 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk pinch of salt 3 1/2 cups flour 1 Tbsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup quick oats 1 cup fine coconut 1/2 cup chopped nuts Directions Cream sugar, butter and salad oil; add egg and milk. Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Add to the above. Fold in vanilla, oats, coconuts and nuts. Drop by teaspoon or roll balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. |
