Church Window Cookies
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1 stick butter 2 tsp. vanilla 1 to 1 3/4 pkg. mini colored marshmallows Directions Put colored marshmallows into a large mixing bowl. Melt chocolate chips in medium saucepan; add butter and vanilla. Pour mixture over the marshmallows and stir to coat. Put 2 pieces of aluminum foil, 1 to 1 1/2 feet each, on counter; pour mixture on the pieces of foil to make 2 loaves. Shape into loaves; wrap and put in freezer to harden. Remove from freezer and put in refrigerator till ready to serve. Unwrap loaves; slice and serve. |
