    Potage Sante-Spinach Soup

    Ingredients

    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 cup water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 small onion, quartered
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 cup sour cream

    Directions

    Cook covered - spinach, water, bouillon cube,
    onion and seasonings 7 minutes.  Pour all into
    blender and add soup and butter.  Cover and
    blend well.  Add sour cream.  Blend well, chill.
    Serve in icy bowls.
