    Icy Shrimp Soup

    Ingredients

    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
    1 cup light cream
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    1/2 cup dry sherry
    Dill sprigs
    4 whole shrimp, cooked

    Directions

    Combine soup, cream and tomato juice; mix well.  
    Bring to boil, stirring.  Add sherry; reduce heat and
    simmer gently 5 minutes.  Cool. Chill covered
    several hours or overnight.  Stir well before
    serving.  Garnish each bowl with a dill sprig and a
    perfect shrimp.
