    Gazpacho Soup

    Ingredients

    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    1/2 cup green pepper, diced
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1/2 cup cucumber, diced
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. chives
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    Pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato juice

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients and chill for 4 hours.  Serve with
    croutons.
