Easy Coffee Cake Ingredients 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 box instant vanilla pudding 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. butter extract Topping: 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup nuts, chopped Directions Blend first 7 ingredients togther. Mix topping together. Pour 1/2 the batter in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan; sprinkle 1/2 of the topping over dough. Pour the rest of the dough in the pan; sprinkle 1/2 of the remainder of the topping on top. Run a knife through the dough to swirl. Top with the rest of the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
