Coconut Pecan Coffee Cake Ingredients 1 pkg. cake mix (yellow or butter pecan) 4 eggs 1 pint sour cream 4 Tbsp. butter Topping: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup coconut Directions Mix together cake mix, eggs, and sour cream. Pour 1/2 of the dough in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan; sprinkle 1/2 of the topping over dough. Dot with 2 Tbsp. butter. Pour the rest of the dough in the pan; sprinkle 1/2 of the remainder of the topping on top. Run a knife through the dough to swirl. Top with the rest of the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
