Chocolate Coffee Cake Ingredients 1 1/4 cup sugar 4 Tbsp. soft butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. soda 2 tsp. baking powder 2 cups flour pinch of salt 1 cup chocolate milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Directions Mix 1 cup sugar, 2 Tbsp. butter and egg together until smooth. Sift soda, baking powder, flour and salt; add to egg mixture alternately with milk. Pour into 8-inch square buttered pan. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter and pour over cake. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
