Blueberry Coffee Cake II Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup sour cream 2 cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups blueberries Topping: 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp. cinnamon Directions Cream together sugar, butter, egg, sour cream. Add flour, salt, baking powder. Fold in blueberries. Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
