Blueberry Coffee Cake Ingredients 2 cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup shortening 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 2 1/2 cup blueberries Topping: 1/2 cup sugar 3 Tbsp. butter 1/3 cup flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Directions Cream together sugar, egg, shortening, and milk. Combine flour, salt, baking powder. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Fold in blueberries. Put in a 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 370 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
