Oven-Fried Sesame Chicken

    Ingredients

    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Seed
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cup flour

    To toast sesame seeds, place in a shallow baking
    pan and heat at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring 2 or 3
    times for uniform toasting.
    Brush each piece of chicken with butter.  Put
    remaining ingredients in a paper bag.  Add
    chicken and shake well to coat every piece with
    the mixture.  Place chicken in a foil-lined 15 1/2 x
    10-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400°.
