Lemon Dill Chicken

    Ingredients

    1/2 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    Dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, cut
    into serving pieces (also can use boneless)

    Melt butter in large frying pan.  Add all ingredients,
    except chicken, and bring to a boil.  Add chicken
    and bring to additional boil.  Cover pan and lower
    heat to a simmer.  Simmer for 30 minutes or until
    chicken is tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
