Chicken Tetrazzini

    Ingredients

    1 chicken
    2 medium peppers
    Onions
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pack noodles

    Cook chicken (cut up and bone).  Cook noodles in
    broth.  Saute peppers and onions in 2 Tbsp.
    butter, add 2 cans soup and 1 lb. cheese.  Let
    cheese melt.  Add chicken and noodles.  Great
    with fresh garden salad.
