Cashew Chicken Bake

    Ingredients

    3 large chicken breasts, cooked & cut up
    2 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (15 oz.) can fancy Oriental vegetables, drained

    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 cup chopped or whole cashews
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 cup chow mein noodles

    On the day before casserole is to be served, mix
    all together, except the cashews.  Place is 9x13
    inch casserole.  Refrigerate overnigh.  Before
    baking, cover top with cashews.
    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
