Sugar Toopped Blueberry Muffins

    Ingredients

    2  cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Topping:
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  Beat
    eggs; add milk and butter.  Add egg mixture to
    flour mixture all at one time.  Stir only enough to
    moisten completely.  
    Dust blueberries with some flour and gently stir
    berries into batter.  Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full of
    batter.  Combine toping and sprinkle on top of
    muffins.
    Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden
    brown.
