Sally Lunn Bread

    Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    2 egg whites
    3/4 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted

    Directions

    Add sugar to beaten egg yolks.  Mix other dry
    ingredients and add with milk to egg mixture, then
    add melted butter.  Beat egg whites until stiff, fold
    in.  Bake in well greased oblong or square pan or
    muffin tins.  
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
