Poppy Seed Bread

    Ingredients

    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    3 oz. pkg. instant coconut pudding
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup hot water
    1/2 cup oil
    1/4 cup poppy seeds

    Directions

    Blend all ingredients; beat for 4 minutes.  Pour into
    2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans.  Bake
    at 350 for 50 minutes.  Cool in pans for 10
    minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool.
