Pistachio Sour Cream Bread

    Ingredients

    18 oz. yellow cake mix
    3 3/4 oz. pistachio instant pudding
    1 cup sour cream
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup oil
    1/4 cup water
    Topping:
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 chopped nuts

    Directions

    Mix and set aside.  Pour 1/2 of the batter in well
    greased and floured loaf pans.  Sprinkle 1/2
    cinnamon mixture over batter.  Pour the rest of the
    batter on top of this and sprinkle remaining
    cinnamon mixture.  Bake at 350 for about 50
    minutes.  Test with toothpick.
    Makes two large loaves.
