Monkey Bread

    Ingredients

    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 cup sugar
    1 stick butter, melted

    Directions

    Let dough thaw.  Grease an angel food or bundt
    pan.  Mix together sugar and cinnamon.  Cut each
    loaf into pieces; roll in melted butter, then in
    cinnamon and sugar.  Place in pan and let rise
    until double.  
    Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.  Invert onto plate.
