    Mexican Cornbread

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups cornmeal
    1 can cream corn
    1 1/2 onion, chopped fine
    1 cup grated shard Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup Lou Ana Oil
    1/2 cup milk
    Salt and garlic powder to taste

    Directions

    Mix together all ingredients and bake in Bundt pan
    at 350 for 1 hour.
