Carrot Bran Muffins Ingredients 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 cup Bran Buds 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 cup milk 2 Tbsp. vinegar 1/4 cup molasses 1/3 cup honey 1 cup grated carrots 2 eggs 1/4 cup oil Directions Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients, including carrots in another bowl. Combine both bowls and mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not overbeat. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Makes about 24 muffins. |
