Bran Muffins II

    Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups all-bran
    1 1/2 cups Bran Buds
    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cups buttermilk
    1 cups boiling water
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs

    Directions

    Combine all-bran, Bran Buds and boiling water; let
    cool.  
    Then add oil, sugar, eggs, salt, flour, buttermilk
    and soda (which has been dissolved in a little
    buttermilk).  Mix well.  
    Put in muffin tins.
    Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
